Replace an inherently disruptive experience — a substitute teacher — with a sequence of simple breathing and stretching that both provides immediate relief and a positive ripple, leaving students feeling more calm and focused than they entered.


Through cumulative exposure to this trauma informed practice, students acquire self regulation and stress reduction skills, which increases overall community wellness and chips  away at the health disparity gap. We envision a future where all students are given the opportunity and space to practice soothing their own nervous systems.
